Just some friendly advice, maybe you don’t ask her out whilst you’re working. Perhaps you could wait until after your shift or on a day where you’re not actually in uniform. It doesn’t look too good for a company or business when it’s staff start asking customers out, I’m saying this from personal experience.

Walk out with her and ask her out in front of your shop. This way you step out of your role a bit and keep your professionalism.
