It depends on context.
If you said, "I'm going to jump a bicycle over the grand canyon through a ring of fire" and that was her response. It's not a shit test, she's relaying an opinion on the scenario.
If you said something like, "I'm confident you're trouble" it could be flirty or rejection depending on HOW she says it and body language.
Shit test would be, "What made you think I'd be interested in you?"
"Have you looked at me?"
"You are overconfident"
"Clearly, but how'd you know my middle name?"
That's really two shit tests.
It could also be she's announcing her blue print and telling you to dial down the cockyness because you've too much bravado.
