Ending a date at a high is good, but I have experienced that cutting it short can give off an impression you don't want. She may think you're not interested after all. The museum is a nice activity, but it's not the ideal place to get more personal/intimate. I've had a good experience taking a girl to a museum and chilling at a park afterwards, would recommend it!
