there will be tons of other girls in college. Drop that focus on her. You haven't even talked to her. All you think about her is a fantasy in your head. You don't know whether she is that great.
If she is attractive and has a good profile on social media, she already has more than enough guys hitting on her that way. Be different, try to chat her up in real life. This will increase your chances.
Never be "honestly intrigued" for no real reason. You know how the saying goes: Treat her like a star and she will treat you like a fan. You don't have her respect yet, don't give her yours so easily. Keep balance.

This is a terrible message to snap. You don't know this girl. Why do you want to take someone out (reward them) just for being pretty? This puts you in the weak position right away (you are below her because you are forced to be nice to a girl you don't even know).

Instead send a message introducing yourself. Give her a compliment on something you saw in her social media posts (but don't try too hard), just something that got your attention and that she obviously worked for. So don't say "wow you are so pretty", but do say "I just saw this pic of you and love how this dress is hugging your figure". The implication being that she worked hard to find a dress that compliments her body.

Have a few back and forths and then tell her "Hey, I'm enjoying this. Let's go out and spend some time getting to know each other and seeing if there is any chemistry". Then suggest a time and date.
