My strategy was to get her comfortable with me in a friend-type way
So your strategy is to get friendzoned.
The problem is we don't really spend enough time together for me to build that type of relationship.
Life giving you the chance to not friendzone yourself.
I also feel like lately she is not as enthusiastic

It's really hard, honestly.
If you were at school, I would say just go and try to get her number or ask her out directly. But you are at work, and it's much harder and riskier, what you do for a living can be on the line if she takes your approach badly and files a complaint. Flirting at work is a long game, and you just gotta wait til the woman makes the move, you can't risk your job for her.

The first time at my previous job I waited too long by the time I told her she just got in a relationship the second time she didn’t tell me directly I had to hear it fourth hand the third time she said she only liked me as a friend the forth time I waited too long again she said no and couple days later i find out that she got into a relationship with another coworker then the first time at my current job she said no cause dating someone out of town

Yeah it’s a double edge sword on one hand I got answers on the other hand now I’m convinced I’m stuck in the friend zone forever so

True I always put myself in the situation of the woman would I want some dude to grope me no so I try to be tactful as possible if they say no I stop immediately
