So... you're not willing to take any woman on a date... but expect a woman for hookups? You also said you're "not going to get anything out of a date".
Why do you expect something from women but don't want them to expect anything from you? It sounds like you're looking for a walking fleshlight.

The way I worded my post probably made it sound like I just want to use women for sex but that wasn’t the intention. It’s not that I don’t want to take them on dates it’s just I can’t afford to be taking them on dates when they’re only using me for free food and don’t even wanna be friends or build a connection.

Actually, you do intend to use women for sex. An easily solution to your insecurity is to not have sex with women if you think they're "using" you for free food. If you expect sex from women, don't cry when they have expectations for you too. It's clear why you have no luck with women.

Also, sex is a very intimate act. I'm not sure why you think women should just want to spread their legs for you. Especially if you can't even afford a date (dates don't even have to cost a thing by the way).

Have you not been to college or heard of hookup culture? It’s literally happening all the time. They’re spreading their legs for way less than what I’m doing.
You seem to have this misconception that I’m some weirdo or creep that doesn’t know how to talk to girls, that I don’t have friends that are girls, or that I only want to use women. It may seem like that from my post but it’s not. The point of my post was simply asking for ideas for hanging out at my dorm or low cost, fun dates.
Yet they're not spreading their legs for you.
You say you don't have any luck with women, so how would you know they're spreading their legs for "less"? You can't even afford a date, what's less than that?
Like I said, stop expecting women to spread their legs for you (which they won't) when you refuse to even take someone out on a date. No one owes you their body just like you don't owe anyone a date.

Every time you talk to a woman you need to think “how can i get her to feel emotions with my words”
That’s all there is to it.
Provoke laughter, anticipation, suspense, tension, non-serious drama, surprise,…
Be humorous, be absurd, be playful, tease them, roast them, accuse them of absurd things, imitaste them, misinterpret things, use double meaning, playfully make fun of them, try to get her to empathises with you,… Try to get reactions from them.
The worst thing you can do is to not make her feel anything, to leave her in a neutral state, which is what happens when you just talk about what you are doing in your lives, or any factual objective and logical things… You fuck up When you just simply exchange factual information about your day to day or when you ask or say predictable ordinary things.
You need to make her feel. And for what? Because once she feels emotions, then she will be open to go p with you or escalate things. When she is emotionally invested you have her eating in the palm of your hand
