I really think just reading the fundamentals and then making approaches is the best thing.
Refine your technique live.
It's not super complex. But requires practical application.
Too much theory can just make people nervous in my opinion.
Making approaches and analyzing mistakes cures anxiety and improves game better IMO

I think you’re looking for a workshop where they have the members build confidence in front of a hired hot model. This is something I’ve seen in Julian’a videos, hope there are real workshops out there helping this way.

I know man, it’s just much better to be yourself then and be supremely confident in who you are as a man than to learn some fake facade to try to get women. Women can smell it on you sure you’ll get the insecure no confidence bottom of the barrel chicks but it’s not gonna work with the quality ones I think you’re wanting to attract. If you haven’t read Models by Mark Manson I would read that in it’s entirety then make a decision if you want to go the pick up route.
