I wouldn’t use the fact that she hung out with the other lesbian at work as proof that she isn’t into you. What I always recommend is to directly test a person’s interest by noting how they respond to you, and to regard the brain’s tendency to build theories about people with the deepest suspicion. Her behavior with you suggests interest; her behavior when not with you is not nearly as important unless you are in a relationship and have certain obligations toward each other. So, don’t give up prematurely, see if she’s actually lost interest first and move the relationship forward if you see an opening.
