Stop that bs up there. Is he make you feel bad, if he put down you, put down other people, disrespect you then you have 100% right to put him at place. He has ego problem, so hurt him here. Show him his weak points, show him that he is not that good and faking all the way. Put him under the light in front of others. Stand up for yourself.

Why is his height even being brought up? Do you think short people are beneath you and therfore shouldn't get women or be successful? Cus that's what it sounds like. If the person was 5'11 would you have mentioned that?

I think you should be a little honest with yourself: you’re a little bit jealous of him. Which is totally fine! You should be jealous of people who are succeeding; it drives you to be better yourself. So with that in mind, don’t worry about putting him in his place. Instead, worry about elevating your own place. And it sounds like you’re working on that, so keep it up. And in the meantime, just be happy for your friend. Maybe his success is transient, maybe it’s not, but it has no impact on what you’re doing. If he wants to brag and be a dickhead about it, learn to bust balls back. But it should be in a joking way, not an angry way. And if he truly does make you angry, then maybe it’s time to cut that relationship for your own good.
I also wouldn’t give him a hard time for his height. Unless he’s saying something similar to you but even then, I wouldn’t bother.
Bottom line is to just focus on yourself and be happy for others who succeed when that success isn’t at your expense.
