You get better at doing whatever you do often.

If you're weak in talking to women, talk to more women.

If you're weak at flirting, flirt with more women.

It's pretty simple, just takes some time and effort. After awhile you're gonna be comfortable with it and better at it and you'll do it without even thinking about it.

Absolutely, 37 now and never had it easier in my life. You're on the right path, taking care of yourself, first and foremost, that's what's important. Once you get your head right, watch the cards fall my guy.
