Not every girl goes to a club to get laid, many go there just to get attention and get their egos boosted. To have success you have to actually look for the girls who are horny and want to bang. Look for the ones that are there with one other friend only and typically the friend is less attractive (so the other one can stand out). Look for the ones with their face to the crowd and back to the bar, with redder lipstick, showing skin, trying to accentuate ass or boobs (whatever asset they are working with). Look for a bit of a nervous energy about them as they scan the room looking for someone to harvest sperm from.
If you see this type of girl don't hesitate to approach. Walk up to them and whisper in their ear instead of trying to have a normal conversation. You won't be able to because it's too loud. Whisper something dirty like "you look so sexy, you should be my girlfriend". Look for body language, does she feel comfortable, is she smiling, looking at you seductively, etc. don't be afraid to buy them a drink and take them to a quieter part of the club so you can make out.

Go dancing in the club with your own group of friends. Have a great time, you love dancing, you love partying. Lots of high fives and internal jokes in your group. Mimicking silly dance moves, telling each other dirty jokes in the line to the bar etc. Include anyone who wants to join in your fun dynamic, both guys and gals. As closing time approaches, recruit ppl to your awesome after-party just down the street. The after-party is lit. Plenty of good people old and new. Lots of booze. Ppl dance, chat and have a good time. Get to know each other, exchange numbers. "Will i see you guys next week"? Build a list of people to invite before going out next time. Repeat this for a few weeks, and suddenly you are on the top of the dominance hierarchy. Chicks will hit on you. Pick and chose.
