Experience and good job on unstifling. You’re gonna be at a point where you won’t need it anymore or need to unstifle on rare occasions. Don’t sweat it dude. You’re doing better than most

Thanks for commenting. Curious, how is experience going to address it?
Also, do you mean to say I’ll reach point where I’ll be unstifled all the time and won’t need the unstifling process to get me into deep state? From what I thought, I thought you will always need to get into state, but that the amount of time that it takes to reach state becomes less when you can become better at calling upon it (which is something else I’m actually wondering how people get better at).

It’s different for everyone it took me a couple years it could take you a couple of months. Unstifling is just an act of releasing your social anxiety. What helped me is I started with compliments I just gave everyone a compliment also I was a cashier so I was basically forced to talk to people.

Nice. At least that job gets you some opportunities to socialize. Sounds good.
But don’t you go back to being stuck in your head the next day after being in state on a night out? It sounds like the unstifling process is something that you’ll always have to do, because being in state isn’t forever.

Stuck in my head not really I literally just focus on what’s today. Living day to day. “Live your life with day to day compartments there’s no point on dwelling on something you can’t change(past) or something you can’t control(future)”

That’s a good one. I’m curious, what did you mean when you said experience would address sloppy behaviour while unstifled?

The more people you talk to the more your brain makes muscle memory of conversations. The more meaningful the conversations the better. You gain experience therefore you can lead/start and have more fulfilling conversations.
