No simple trick really exists. Depends on who she is and what your relationship is. Just try to not overthink and keep everything simple. Ask about something and try to make flow of conversation

In the times it’s worked for me, I usually comment something on their story (not the emoji reactions, those are tacky). Something innocuous but something that could invite a response.
Example: she’s cooking something. “Damn that looks good, my eggs never turn out like that 😭”. If she’s interested she’ll probably respond with something. Just keep doing stuff like that here and there and while the iron is hot ask her if she wants to get coffee.
