If you’re not trolling; Go where there’s less competition. Anything niche really. If you’re a god at playing Magic The Gathering, or Climbing, or whatever, then go to any events that has that. And just build your social circle and social skills while doing something you like.
And I’m not a doctor, so go see if any of them has tips regarding improving your social life with the disorder you have.

Best advice i can give you. Dont rush it, there are more important things in life. Develop yourself in the best way you can, the rest is going to happens anyways and is best that those things find you with a mature and responsable state of mind.

I didn't lose my virginity until I was 20. Then after I did, not a whole lot changed as far as how I felt about myself. Don't get it twisted it was dope and I felt like the man right after, but life's problems are still there after you get laid.
The best way to learn social skills is to actually practice socializing. As cliche as it sounds there really is no secret behind it. You can try killing 2 birds with one stone and get a job like serving/ bartending. That will force you to be social in a public environment, and the quality of your pay will match the quality of your social skills. That can be a good metric of success.
Women outside of a school setting are generally going to be turned off by a guy that doesn't have his shit together, so for the love of God get out of your parents house, get a job and at least be able to support yourself. Hitting the gym and making some gains can help as well.
You've got a lot of self work to do, and your diagnosis definitely puts you at a disadvantage, but try to remind yourself that there's no such thing as greatness without adversity. The greater your problems, the greater your potential. Always remember that. Always

Tinder. The moment you realize girls need sex just as bad as we do, you can know you’re equal and no need to put them on a pedestal. Things flow a lot easier once you understand that
