Some people flirt by teasing. Some people who flirt this way suck at it and don't have the social skills to walk the fine line between playful and rude. Think of the older guy who is forever shit talking people he likes but with a smirk and a wink, and gets flustered and defensive about how people "can't take a joke" when it backfires. This is a personality trait that can manifest in anyone, though, not just the stereotype of the middle aged man. This woman would be a dream come true for men with certain fetishes but if it's not for you then pass.
