Imagine a place where you’re subjected to conservatism and straying from traditional values and practices is frowned upon, many probably want to rebel and go wild for a bit and in this instance the girl you see might wish someone would make a move on them and it would be exciting since it’s once again…frowned upon.

Never go out for the purpose of approaching or hitting on women. It gives off a super creepy vibe. Instead go out to have fun, run errands, whatever. And if you see a girl you fancy go and talk to her.
