Personally, I'm going to St Petersburg, Russia and Kyiv, Ukraine. Both cities have alot of English and Russian also which I'm learning currently By far the most pretty and smart girls around. And they are about as abundant as NYC despite being a far bit smaller. Both cities have 3-5 million people. I'm currently in Toronto ATM and even though I grew up here ive come to dislike the city and the girls (for the most part not entirely)
