Keep in mind most women don't have much game, less than most men. This is because they are usually approached. It seems as though she is flirting but use discretion when messing with coworkers.

I think you’re over analyzing, mostly because she’s a higher up. What was the context of “I think you’re smooth”? In my experience, no one actually says “smooth” and means it - it’s usually out of sarcasm. Flirting with someone above/below you at work never ends well. You should nip this in the bud and treat her as a colleague - professionally.
