Yes.
I get girls on IG doing exactly this. If she reciprocates it's a clear sign she will be responsive when talked to. Just DM her and be forward.

Any of them. There's no meaning behind liking a photo that came up on your feed as you were scrolling.
However, if you dug into her profile (or she did) and took the time to like some pictures, that means something. Don't fall in a loop of just indefinitely liking photos. If you liked some old pics and she did too, just DM her right away.
It's a no brainer.
