Ask her to do something after you guys are done with work. Go grab a drink or a coffee (idk your age or hours you work), grab food at a different restaurant/bar, etc.
Stop analyzing how she is around you at work and just go for it. If she shuts you down, just say “ok, take it as a compliment” and act like it doesn’t bother you.
It’s not awkward unless you make it awkward.

This helped alot, she said hell no and her friends all laughed at me but guess what? In private she gave me her number and told me to give it to my older brother!
No but in all seriousness she gave me her number to text her because shes going to be busy after work.

Not sure what that means but don’t become a texting buddy. Text her only to set up a date. You can talk to her in person and then save your questions/convo for your date.

Maybe best delivered near the end of your shift, or when too busy to finish the story.
