Ninja are you for real? Dude just take charge. Take responsibility. Here is a little mental trick but you can use. If you had a child that you were looking over, would you constantly ask them what they want to do and what they want to eat and what not? My brother has a kid and he is always asking him what he wants to eat and it's always fries and chicken nuggets, never salad or fruit. If you ask the child and defer to their wishes they wjll make bad choices.

So you need to make all the choices for the woman. You need to take full responsibility and control of what you are doing. Yes, you can ask for her input, "Hi Sandra, let's go out. You pick a day, leave the rest to me".

Then you take care of everything else. It actually liberates you to do what you want on your terms. It's like you are the director of your own movie. You don't ask the actors how they want to act. You tell them.
