Start coaching yourself through self talk. Okay Bob, you know what you are doing. You look them in the eye, yep, like this, walk over and introduce yourself. That's the only goal you need to have. You are doing great. Okay now, ask them something about themselves. Etc etc

Appreciate the reply, how about when we’re like walking to class and a girl walks by me. Should i make eye contact and try something or just let her go to class. Just don’t wanna be an inconvenience

How could you be an inconvenience? You're a tall handsome attractive guy that is also intimidating. Very nice to have around because girls like to feel protected. If a girl walks by you that you like then holler at her

It sounds like you have really low self esteem. Try a program like MoodGym to fix this first.

If a girl is walking the opposite direction as you in the hallway on campus I don't know that "hollering" at her is your best bet.
Start a conversation with girls in your classes, girls chilling in the student union building or who don't look like they're busy trying to get to a class etc. relaxing outside. I'm sure you just need to walk up and say Hi.
It's fine if the conversations bomb the first dozen times, and if you're shy for a lot of the super direct stuff start off with simple excuses ("I'm looking for X building 😊" (spot the text book they're reading and lie)Hey, you're in my X class right? That last lecture was a lot 😊" (or if she's actually in your class)"What did you think about X part of today's lecture?" If you can think of something actually borderline thoughtful or insightful related to the course content that's a big bonus but that doesn't mean be pretentious or condescending..some guys can't differentiate between those two things somehow)
Try to smile a little bit and have fun talking to them. Get a little more comfortable approaching women. They'll make it clear pretty quickly if they're having fun talking to you or not in which case you can just extend the conversation, and if they aren't it's fine to move on.
Just don't be in a rush or this style of opener is gonna get to you to a building you weren't looking for really quick and nowhere else. If you're casual enough they won't even blink when the conversation shifts on and you end up standing there for 10 minutes together. Just don't say you're late for class at the start and reality is you only said you needed to know where the building was, not go there this instant (although it's a great way to end the convo too whenever you feel the time is right)

I know from my own experience that being shy+hot for a dude can come off creepy. If you are doing weird incel shit but you are a hot dude, it's even weirder than an ugly guy. I got kicked out of a couple bars in town, permanently for this shit. I was staring off into space for like an hour while I ate, the hot manager behind the bar was flirting with me constantly, and I wasn't responding. Came back in a couple weeks later, they said she's uncomfortable, and I need to leave.
It doesn't let me reply to your chat and you don't accept messages so I can't message u

You just need to be in an environments where talking to girls is necessary so that it doesn't feel foreign anymore
