The advice on here is for guys who wanna be with as many cool women as they can and so it’s usually tailored to that. Make them feel like you have options so they don’t see you as weak or undesirable. I feel like you might be past that stage with this gal though, so I say just lean into it and do whatever feels right. Don’t do anything crazy like propose though 😆

Na, you shouldn't slow things down untill you reach a point where the passion and attraction towards each other is mutual, she needs to see the intensity at which you are willing to be with her. Seeing the dynamics of your age I'm sure lust isn't the only thing you are her are looking to be satisfied, it's a cycle of emotions, empathy and compatibility that makes the fire of lust burn longer.

Cool it down homie. I'm glad you've found someone you find enthralling, but only let that passionate side of you out when you're actually with her. The waiting for the text, the dopamine rush when you see her name, those are the things your older self has the wisdom to see how it may have worked against your favor when you were younger.
You're older and wiser. Be confident, she likes you and wants to see you, don't overthink about settling down and making things official. You are two grown ass humans who might have found something special; develop it naturally. Escalate physical flirting, make her feel like you want to kiss/touch her and build that sexual tension.
If you are really thinking about settling down already, here's another way to look at it. If you two are going to be in a long term relationship, this early courtship phase will only happen once. Make it as engaging and fun and full of what-if, you'll have plenty of time afterwards for "settling down."
