I'm 30 and most of this is by heart for me. I recently gave 2 dudes in their 20s advice regarding exactly this. One was crying in the subway about how his ex is now with a 40 year old married man.

Toms content is great. But there are a few things to remember about Tom T.
First, his lives the player lifestyle. So it’s not about finding a girlfriend or keeping a girl around. He usually doesn’t go past 2-3 dates with most girls. Get the hottest girls you can out on a date, try to get laid, then move on. It’s the lover vs provider paradigm. Let her have a relationship with the provider. But, you are the alpha lover that she wants to sleep with. Your not trying to be her boyfriend (and you can tell her this). That’s the style. I’m not sure if he could keep most girls around. That’s not a shot at him, it’s just his style.
Also, like many YouTube coaches, he travels to ideal daygame locations and runs game there. Most guys watching his vids will not be in those locations. To get good you need to practice in a place with high pedestrian traffic and enough attractive women, like NYC or London. He promotes doing 30-50 sets per week to get good. You can decide if that’s for you.
He also got caught faking an infield. But, most people see his content as very good. But, not everyone trusts him.
With that said his podcasts are high quality. It’s probably the best daygame related content around. Just keep in mind what his style is. After all he is a guy who lives in a van.
