You solve that by the same thing a man would do. Put yourself out there and contact or date other women. It gets the Oneitis out of your system and the pressure of of the one you like beyond anyone else.

You got huge crush, can't be friends. She has a family so abort and find another. I get it, my first manager had beautiful blue eyes and blonde hair. She was super cool. Focus on work and keep it friendly but dont make a move.
