Try 50 more times. Also maybe switch your approach. It’s a lot easier to get rejected by a lot of women or men online. Try in person

Every single one was in person. Either through cold approach or social circle. I'm pretty mentally exhausted but I don't want to give up. I'm just worried that there's something wrong with me.

Don’t worry there is something wrong with all of us. Just keep trying but try to have a good time with it as well. Don’t make it all about relationship or sex, laugh, have fun, just be in the moment

Slow down for a bit. Don’t just ask girls out for the sake of it - only ones who you feel some degree of connection with.
You’ve shown a lot of courage and fortitude already but I think you should give yourself some time to reflect and focus on maintaining the other pillars of your life (friends, family, work, hobbies)
