No. But the key to all "dangerous" approaches (ie where failure may actually affect your life) is plausible deniability. In a perfect world you'll have spent so much time with her that she either invites you to kiss her or you'll have plausible deniability when you claim you misunderstood her intentions.
To be clear, when I say spend time with her I am saying at least once and preferably more than once when she is off the clock. If she is not willing to go get a coffee with you then she wont let you fuck her.
