But I want to let her feel comfortable before organizing a meeting. I need a way to avoid looking needy, get a 2-3 messages back and forth and then ask her out. Little problem; I'm the last one who wrote... Which, now that I'm thinking about is not that dramatic.

You said you talked nonchalant about personal family experiences and you got her number, that sounds like she is already pretty comfortable
Also, texting shouldn't be an all the time talking thing, it'll get dull and eventually one of you will get bored
Take her out(seems like you have good date ideas) one on one and show her a good time, if she doesn't reply or thinks you actually asking her out and not just blowing up her phone is needy then you are better off and again, will be more prepared next time you meet a hot German model

In relation to your situation, one of the girls I'm seeing now is a pageant winner who's representing my country overseas right now so maybe I might have some pointers that I pretty much always adhere to.
Treat her like any other random girl you'd normally talk to that you're interested in. Don't be too close to the idea that this is a girl that you can't bear to lose because that can affect your mind frame and potentially make you appear needy/desperate. I personally text along the lines of 'Hey you're my girlfriend of today' and after fooling or flirting around I neg her abit. Keeps conversation interesting and shows your boldness, which correct me if I'm wrong, girls still react very positively and are attracted to
You stated that she already responded very favourably, and she also looked for physical contact with you, just assume attraction and believe in yourself that you're on the pedestal right now. You were the life of the party the previous night and you approached the presumably best girl in the room. But her first impression of you is probably not very sexual as you said, maybe you didn't initiate kino?
As a side note, going into anything serious with a beauty queen or a model, especially if they're doing well in their business, is quite draining. They spend time overseas, are approached by men with bigger sticks, whether it be promises of boosts to their career or literally throwing suitcases of cash at them, they're high in demand and low in supply after all.

Indeed, I didn't initiate kino, but I have the feeling that she did. Fact is, at the party it was pretty touchy for me since I saw some very old school friends of mine (that were severely punished by life), so I wasn't 100% focused... which maybe was good, but probably I'm just dumb.
Fortunately, she is currently studying! So she doesn't have to be overseas and stuff, so the stick fighting is (more or less) spared to me.
