In all honesty bro, you want to stay mysterious as possible, would you want to get to know someone by text or face to face? Book something with her, confirm with her the day of... and wtv you do, after the date you DONT text her. Make her laugh, be confident, speak your mind (i know some guys dont agree with this i m not saying tell her i wanna fuck u... but tease her openly) dont compliment her like crazy... let her come to you, you can clearly tell she is interested.... but a hb9 gets 1019282 guys running after her right? How do u stand out? By not doing what every other guy would be doing, constantly texting her, appearing needy, and the such.

i think otherwise, you should have some strategy to build up a level of comfort and rapport through text. You can't be TOO mysterious.. she needs to get to know you a little. The text for girls these days is a buffer for her to judge you properly on whether you are worth the shot at meeting up or not.
