Probably won't, I still fuck up like this alot while being drunk.
Even if you do it right you won't get an answer 50% of the time, it's no big deal.
Radio silence for a week, maybe hit her up once if she doesn't reach after that.
But honestly your best chance is just to let it be and should you run into her accidentally one day, try again the same night.

I think she might have given you her number because she thought ghosting you was going to be easier for both of you than rejecting you to your face.
You are so fixed on the outcome that you quite literally radiate anxiety. She knows that she is your only option and this scares her away.
Learn game, but learn to love yourself first. Get a hobby. Learn outcome independence.
Give her up before she files a restraining order against you. If she responds, great, have fun, otherwise stop.
