Hey dude,

so just some pointers. I'm 21, and was in your position last year too.

1) Bookmark useful youtube channels. I would reccommend AMS (alpha male strategies), MJ GetRight, ToddvDating and etc. These will help you with specific problems you will encounter as you try to get girls.

2) Creating a business / Going to the gym is good for your mental health and attracting girls.

3) The best way to get back at your ex is to do better. I would suggest updating your facebook profile picture with a high quality picture and a solid caption that is positive. Get your mates to comment on it things like: "king" and "mr steal ur girl"

4) Big cities are great, it means you can screw up alot with girls and it doesnt matter very much, so dont stress about that.

5) something that will help you get through this rough patch is using your anger to better yourself. It's a good short term strategy for getting you back on the right track. Be mad, and use that as fuel to bring yourself up in the world

Just approaching and talking to girls on campus will make you feel proud of yourself and you will have less thoughts about your ex. If you hit it off with a girl then she will probably be the one in your mind all day long

As for your ex, it’s always gonna be easier for a girl after a relationship. Most girls will be dating a new guy one day after yous break up. They wait until they have someone new lined up before breaking up with you. It sucks but just prepare to experience it a lot and try not to take it so serious or to heart it’s just what they do. They are insecure about being alone so even though they lost interest in you they won’t break up with you until they know someone new is interested 100%

Your young just keep going to the gym and practice talking with them (actual conversations not you asking boring questions they are answering to be nice) then when you feel good about an interaction ask what her number is or instagram if you wanna work your way up to the number basically just be fun and flirty with all the girls and let them come to you(in college area where you’ll be seeing the same girls a lot) if your in classes with girls be careful asking them out with no social proof, you don’t wanna hesitate to much but think of it as a long con game and flirt with all the girls in class then when they are all saying hi to you cuz they think your cool and fun ask the one you like to hang out. If it’s a random girl you won’t see again ask take a shot and ask for the number cuz you won’t see her again anyway.

Idc if you are overweight you still should deserve any girl you want with or without things or looks. You know how many millionaires need to rely on external things to get validation and feel good about themselves. Whether you have money/looks or not. Dont make excuses to approach high qualitiy girls. Work on your fear of failure and fear of success. You will feel awesome when you dont seek validation. If a girl validates you and think you are boyfriend material. Enjoy it but dont need it. When you approach without caring about what others think of you or pressuring yourself on certain result, you approach with confidence. Live it up. Dont let life live you. Rejection wont affect you much when you dont need others approval. Rejection also helps you build confidence cause it is a way to tell your mind you are okay with it and dont crack under pressure. Watch pick up videos on yt. I like honest signalz. You should also watch Fight Club. CBT is also helpful. Hope you get some motivation from this

Practice just talking with them first and don’t have so you come here a lot conversations. Start with a false time constraint works great , then ask them a simple or stupid question and tease them on their answer.start talking be the one to leave the conversation first make sure you say hi to the girls when you see them again.
