Ask her out next time you see her, you don’t need her to hold up sign saying “I’m interested” to ask her out if you are interested in her yourself. If she’s interested then she will say yes, as easy as that brother.

I've experienced that with many girls. Although I haven't talked to any but I've seen the same pattern over and over.

My theory of that is once she's thrown many hints at you showing her interest while you don't do the next step. She ignores you, maybe because she thinks you're not interested and wants to remain in a defensive way as girls usually don't swallow rejection easily. In fact it's hardly in their dictionary.

Bro, if you feel she wants to talk to you or has some interest (even it is just friends) just talk to her or you will never know what she wants that is it.

Dont overthink make a move and if she shows interest you will keep in contact, if not well it wont be the first time.
