There's a lifeguard whom I'm attracted to and I recently alluded to one of her colleague that I found her attractive. I met her for the first time on memorial day, but we didn't interact because I was too nervous. We met for the second time today (07/07/2021) and upon her seeing me she made eye contact and smiled I smiled back at her..

Here are the parts where I think I messed up.....

  1. I asked her boss about her and when she asked me to describe her I pointed her out as she was entering the lady's room with some other lifeguards (she saw me point her out to her boss).

1a. Later her boss went to ladies room curious about who I was talking about, later all the lifeguards came out with smiles on there faces. I don't remember if she came out ad well, but if she did I definitely didn't do or say anything to her because I would have been too nervous.

  1. The next time I saw her I walked right by her I didn't acknowledge her, I didn't smile not did I wave, I just walked right by her (I didn't do that to be a dick, I was just incredibly nervous).

This is what has me confused on wether I should keep pursing her or just move on.

  1. When I finally gained enough courage to talk to her, I went to where she was working. There were 3 life guards 2 female and 1 male. The male asked me what I wanted and I said, "I'd like to talk to her". He called over the other female life guard and I told her, "unfortunately I wasn't trying to talk to you, I was trying to talk to her"(the lifeguard I like)

  2. When she calls her over because I wanted to talk to her, she says tells her to hold one and goes off somewhere.

  3. while I'm waiting for her to hopefully come back. I take a seat on the table, while I talk to one the other ladies how happened to be there.

  4. I got tired of waiting and right when I got ready to leave is when she began to make her way back to where I was.

  5. I wasn't sure if she was intentionally avoiding me or if she had a legitimate reason to leave, but I didn't want to make a fool of myself in case she was avoiding me, so I smiled at the lady I was talking to and gave her I fist bump, I saw the life guard was looking in my direction but I didn't acknowledge her I just left.

Any Advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
