I am from a smaller rural area. The "big" city around here is just under 200,000. Now That sound like a lot of people, but it's really not. It's still a town where everyone knows everyone. Which leads me to my question. When going out and approaching there's the definite stipulation that you will be rejected numerous times, I get that. How do you continue to go out and approach when people already know who you are. (I know I'm rambling but it's hard to maintain linear thought). The last thing I want to be known for is being a "play-boy." And around here, news travels fast. I was talking with this girl one evening and it was going well. We even saw each other a few times after that. It ended nicely and went separate ways. About a week after I approached another girl in a completely different part of town and when I started talking wither her she was like, "oh right you that guy that went out with X." I have good intentions, and just looking to socialize. How do I not make this turn into a negative connotation?
