I keep worrying about the intensity of embarrassment that I feel every time I try to talk to women. I can't even finish watching infield videos of beginners because of the 'cringe' that I feel. I almost literally hurts. The fact that I can't even handle watching infield videos of fellow beginners is really bothering me. I just read somewhere that this is like secondhand embarrassment because you strongly empathize to the person being embarrassed, because he is somewhat violating some societal norm. Is this a huge problem or is this normal? Should I strive to desensitize to this, and if so, how?
