I took an exam today and afterwards went through downtown for a stroll. What do you know I see one of most gorgeous women I have seen in the past weeks. Being in a good mood as always I immediately wanted to approach her. I always use the 3 second rule so I increased my pace to catch up to her when I saw her cross the street and head to the same bus stop as me. I was determined to open so badly but simply couldn't. I'm usually ready to approach with no problem whatsoever even during the day, but this time I simply froze up. She even took the same bus and was glancing at me when we were waiting for the bus and throughout the ride. I felt she wanted me to say something but after I missed the 3 second rule I just couldn't bring myself to open.
Oh boy, I feel so bad now. Not approaching is wayyyyyy worse than rejection. In fact, once you realize it's no big deal you don't even mind rejection. But not approaching? I'm full of thoughts of what could have been and other similar shit, boy this hurts!
My reminder to myself and you guys: ALWAYS APPROACH, the feeling of not approaching is terrible!
