Hey all, new to this subreddit, and get the general concepts, mostly from material from the likes of Deangelo, Strauss, Mystery, etc...

What I want to know is, do the rules change if I'm a manager at a restaurant and am into a waitress?

I'm asking because sometimes the girls are into you because you are their boss, and they may either want what they can't have, or are just naturally into someone who is simply above them. But then there's the possibility that they are the way they are only because you are their boss, not to mention that you're putting yourself in a position that you shouldn't be in in the first place, profesionally speaking anyways.

As far as she goes, super cute, few years younger than me (early 30s to late 20s), slightly goes out of her way more than most to "small talk" and not much has really happened yet (only worked 2 shifts together), hence why I'm here and wanna play my cards right from the beginning...

I get what I should be doing, in general, I'm not good, but not bad when playing the field. I don't need "how to approach" type advice, I just wanna breakdown the factors considering the circumstances of who we both are to eachother and whether it's a good or bad thing.
