Hey guys I just want to share a tip that I've found to work really well for me.

In the pickup community (or rather self-improvement community, as I like to view it) gyming has always been very highly recommended. Now I am not the fittest of guys, but I can speak of the awesome effects of exercise, and it doesn't even have to be a full gym sesh (definitely get yourself a gym program if you don't have one already btw).

This past week, every morning, I did 30 pushups when I got out of bed. It immediately hyped me up so much, and I was able to get myself ready for the day that much quicker without forgetting anything, as Im prone to do (brushing hair etc.) and in a much better mood without that morning grogginess you get when you wake up early.

This whole week I felt so in control of my life. No stress, time management with my school work was on point, my confidence was through the roof, my ability to move on from my mistakes was so much better, and it felt like girls gravitated toward me automatically. It feels like I've hit a gold mine. Because of the way I felt, I made some memorable approaches and just had fun with it, even though I didn't always number close where I should've and missed some good approaches.

I approached this 8, whom I've seen on campus a few times, and her friend, also an 8. I know she noticed me before on campus and she seemed relieved and excited when I opened her, as if she had been waiting all this time. Really excited to see how things develop with her in the future.

All this from just 20-30 pushups in the morning. It releases endorphins in your brain that improve self-esteem, give you a feeling of accomplishment (like what those "make your bed" people have been saying, but personally that doesnt work for me), and puts you in a better mood, making you more fun to be around.

Btw this has also worked for me in the past when studying for tests and when I'm feeling lazy to finish assignments.

I've been lurking for a while here and you guys have played a huge role in my development, so thanks a lot!

Please let me know about any success you get from this and any other similar tips that have helped you :)
