This works best with bartenders / waitresses (best if you're sitting approximately at their eye level or standing). When you tip for a drink, give them this:

I ask them to hold out their hand, look them in the eye and tell them I got them something, and slip the dollar bill ring on their finger. Yes, it's cheesy as hell, but it's something you both can laugh about and it's a through the roof demonstration of confidence.

I did this recently to a bartender-in-training. She kept it on the rest of the night, occasionally playing with it and looking over at me or showing it off to other people.

There is a whole ring routine where you point out what each finger is associated with (including like greek gods) and can give a little personality cold read based on it... good stuff

I did that yesterday with her engagement ring. She seemed like she was into it, but I'm like, "Are you seriously letting me do this....you're about to get married you fucking skank" in my head of course. Long story short, had success, all at the constant expense of my respect for women.
