Really want the people downvoting to chime in. This has been my mindset for a really long time, but I want to hear what other people think. Maybe all of this worry is so unnecessary, and if we could just go to the core issues this subreddit wouldn't even need to exist.

I think you’re correct to a certain extent, but I wouldn’t say your thoughts apply to everyone. I was perfectly content with my life, fairly balanced lifestyle. I was just scared of rejection.
Plain and simple. I wouldn’t say there was any bad habits that led to that, it’s just how I developed. Luckily I’ve been turning that around lately.

Do you think the fear of rejection could have stemmed from something deeper? Maybe if we had every aspect of our life in order, we would have enough confidence to not be afraid in the first place?
I just feel like a lot of people on here might be making this so much more complicated than it needs to be. We're animals. Having sex with each other shouldn't require all kinds of articles and subreddits decoding how to do it. Maybe modern technology, processed foods, distractions got in the way and slowly took away from men what has always been there, and a lot of us are damaged trying to find the answers when the answer could be to simply cut out the things that damaged us in the first place?
