Well, this is approach anxiety. There is no other subject that has more advice in the seduction community lol.

You kind of just have to... fail. Brutal, but that's how it is in the world of cold approaching. You have to fail, then fail a bit less, then look acceptable, then look ok, then look good, then look great.

One key part of it is.. the realization that rejection isn't as bad as you think it is. It's not personal. It doesn't determine your worth as a man. Five straight rejections feels big in the moment but, it's such a small sample size in reality. And there are a multitude of reasons women will reject you that don't involve you. It's not the end of the world. Not every girl you wanna fuck is going to want to fuck you, big deal.

Try to use the classic three second rule and start swaggering toward her right away. Stand strong and powerful so you feel that way. Clear your mind... and focus on your desire for her. If you are not already flirting after those steps, tell yourself "man the fuck up.. she's only a woman."
