I am 18 years old, and new to all this and because of my social anxiety and fear of new people i have to babystep my way. Yesterday i went to the bank to talk to an Consultant. It was my first time at this bank so i didn’t know who i was gonna talk to. Turns out it was a beautiful young women. About an 8. so when i first get into her bureau. Im pretty shy, i talked quietly and looked at the paper work she was showing me. After about 20 minutes i got out of my shell and started to make more eye contact with her, i was also able to talk louder and with some confidence. First the eyecontact was only for a few seconds. As the conversation progressed i was able to hold eyecontact with her for about 40 seconds at a time (may have been shorter but it felt like 40 seconds) . But then i noticed that after a while it feels really wierd like im looking inside of her as if i would stare into her soul just a really wierd feeling. Also i started to notice Signs of attraction. They weren’t very obvious or explicit because it was a business meeting but they were definitely there. This gave me alot of confidence for futher encounters with girls. I might add i obviously didn’t act upon the signs because it is business and i really can’t think of anyway to make it not wierd in that type of situation. Now im not only here to tell you this story. The point of me posting this is that i wanted to ask the question. Do some of you get that wired feeling too when looking into a girls eyes for a longer period of time and what can you do about it. Also for people with a lot of experience would you have acted upon the signs and if how.
