Nothing beats open honesty. Tell her what you said on your post (maybe not verbatim). "I like you. I think you're cool. I'm not looking for a relationship right now, but I would love it if we could keep hanging out." If she agrees, you have to be very open about your worry of leading her on. It's when people don't talk things out that creates drama.

I've been down this road before. However, I made the mistake of feeling pretty bad and inviting her out with my friends. This was bad, because then she got super keen, and kept pestering to see me, and I had to reject her fairly openly. Safe to say it was over completely from there.

Girls like sex too. You gave it to her. She isn't owed anything and neither are you. If you want to keep fucking her, do it. If you don't; don't. It's really that simple and it doesn't make you a bad person no matter what you choose.

My advice though, if you don't want to date her or lead her on in a relationship and just want a fuckbuddy is don't invite her out with your friends or hang out with her friends. This just sends the wrong signals.

Now you know how those other guys felt. There is no moral dilemma, you don't owe each other anything. You should try to honest with her about your intentions, but accept that sometimes people hear what they want to hear, not what is said.
