Step one: Accept that she's moving far away and forget her. Step two: I suppose you're living in a pretty big campus. A college campus is a gold mine to approach girls. Start approaching as much as you can, it'll be tough at first but once you get into it it'll be no problem. Success is made by working hard.

2) Stop texting her a lot, it doesn't help. Attraction is created in person mostly. Maybe talking on the phone or Skype.
