I’ve seen plenty of guys write ‘field reports’ that were just a story about what happened along with. Instead, you need to make a point to actually focus on the things that you did that prevented you from getting the results you wanted

Problem is that a lot of the time is IS 100% out of your control. SHe wasn't attracted to you. Nothing you say or do will force attraction in her. You're just not her type. She's not interested and doesn't wanna hear what you've got to say

There's also lots of confirmation bias at play in FR's in part due to the nature of human interaction with it's almost unlimited variables! People might tell themselves that that set worked because he approached at a 15 degree angle or had good eye contact, when in truth, she just thought he was hot. That's why he was unable to recreate that success with his next approach on a girl who didn't lol

It's impossible to know for certain whether it was something within your control or out of your control - but overall if you improve the things under your control, you'll end up getting better results.

Even if you're very physically unattractive you can make anyone enjoy talking to you if you're charming enogh, if you're getting constantly rejected and can't hook girls, it's probably because you're not fun to be around.

I've seen so many examples of guys who blame their looks but their personality is negative and robotic.

There's a lot of confirmation bias in anything we do, but when yo're writing a field report you can come to LESS biased conclusions because you're in a logical state and not dealing with your emotions directly like you are the moment a girl rejects you (emotions compromise our ability to think logically).

There are many variables, that's why it's considered more of an art than a science, you can't know for certain exactly what input causes what output, but you can get a greater understanding over time through experience.
