Okay, so this was more or less my first approach ever and it went... weird.

  • Location: club
  • HB9 (target) dancing with HB7, alone
  • Some guy (Mr. X) talks to them a few times, they don't seem to show much interest
  • I take all my fucking courage and decide to approach them
  • A simple "Hi!" is enough to get the ball rolling
  • The conversation is genuinely fun and smooth, we dance a bit, I put my hat on their heads, smiling all the time
  • HB9 shows several IOIs (asking my name, eye contact, questions about what I'm doing etc.)
  • Club closes, we leave the dancefloor, I meet a friend and talk to him a bit
  • 5 minutes later I head for the coat check
  • HB9 stands in front of me in the line, she sees me first, smiles and talks to me
  • Mr. X is there again, standing next to her, but again she doesn't show much interest and puts all her attention on ME
  • We chat a bit, again IOIs, until X brings her her jacket and I introduce myself to him, asking from where they know each other
  • I guess that he's her brother, she laughs and tells me "Oh, no, we've just met here" - without any passion, as if she doesn't even want him to be around.
  • I don't know what to say but "Oh... okay, I see."
  • He puts his arm around her and they leave the club together

WTF?
