1st text should be telling her that you enjoyed meeting her last night. "Hey [name] this is [Your name] from last night. Really enjoyed meeting you". Or something along those lines
.. Wait for her to respond with saying that she enjoyed meeting you to and what not.
The second text should be an invitation to her. "If you're not too busy this week, how about we go to [activity]".

There's a variety of things you can do. Are you 21+? What i like to do is go to a bar for some drinks and pool tables. If youre not 21+, you can go bowling, coffee, grab lunch, movies, etc.
