First impression clothing? What are some things that seem like putting on an act but are actually seen as more authentic by people? (e.g. backwards hat)

I always thought that wearing a cross necklace would make someone seem like they're signaling being faithful more than actually being so, but in my experience, wearing a cross necklace seems to make everybody assume you're trustworthy and legit. Same goes with a backward hat.

Now it doesn't make you seem interesting, since everybody does it, but it's at least really normal. I feel like a small basic tattoo would probably do the same.

So for folks who don't really lean into any look or style or accent, what are some things like this?
