  1. Find someone who is into practicing pickup in your town. Join your local seduction lair. Google it. "Toronto seduction lair."
  2. Tell them to make you approach women. Arrange a date, a time and place.
  3. Do it.

If you chicken out. Feel shame. But do not quit. That guy will probably never hang out with you again, but you can find another.

  1. Go out and try again. Usually you'll be so angry at yourself that you will actually try this time. Or you will find it is much easier than last time out.

That's it. If you can't bring forth the courage to even try, you're not worthy of mating. Your genes will be eradicated and no more sissy men like you will roam the earth. More for me and my friends.

This stuff is really easy if you would get off your ass and try.
