Sorry in advance if i have any mistakes on my typing (im from Mexico and english is my third lenguage)
So there i was, me (a 19 y/o who never had someone to teach me on how to aproach women and stuff) 2 friends of mine who are naturals, they are 25 and 26 i bealive, both with girlfriends and a girl friend of us.
We were at a bar, the first time i went to a bar with them, ussually when i go with other friends we just drink and talk to each other, but this guys are diferent.
It was really early, 5pm or something when a cute girl arrived, she was there, sitting by herself (an 8) when one of my friends tells me to aproach, but i had no fking idea on what to say or how to aproach so i just keep talking to them, changing the subject and stuff till she left.
I was realy disapointed, not because of what my friends might have thought of me, but with myself.. after 2+ years readding books and this subreddit and stuff and i pussied out.
So w.e, we were still talking when 2 girls (for me they where two sixes or maybe 6.5) arrived, and they started with the "go talk to them" once again. I told them i had no idea what to say, and they told me to send them 2 beers, the first thing that came to my mind was the "never buy them a drink", but for me these 2 guys are really gods when it comes to women, ive seen them in action tons of times and its like watching a magician doing the coin on the ear trick, they make it look really simple, so i followed their advice and sent them 2 beers with the guy of the bar.
After that, our girl friend told them that one had to come with me and see how i do and ask the other girl her number, so this guys were fighting to see who was coming with me, none of them wantted to come, so they argued for like 15 minutes till i decided to just go tere by myself. I stand up, walked that 10 or something steps, ( i had this plan in my mind on saying, "i think you are cute and wantted to come talk to you, whats your name"), they where both facing the window so i had to standd behind them to call their atention, i just said "hi, did you liked the beer" Girl1: " yeah thank you"
Me: "im glad you liked them" after this my mind went totally blank, i really had no idea on what to say next, so i was just holding eye contact, i said something that this guys told me to tell them, but i think and know i sounded really insecure. Me: "So we are hedding to a party later, if you want to come over"
Girl2: "Oh thats nice of you to invite us but we have to go to work"
Me: "oh ok, have a good day then"
I walked to were my friends were and they asked how it went, i said "no succes" and told them exactly what i did, they then said something to each other, went to the bathroom and after that both of them went to the girls, i was talking to our girlfriend and then she told me, go with them, at least you will see how they do it, she insisted so i just went, it was tottaly amazing, in less than 2 minutes they had both of them writting their numbers in a napkin and laughing with they, they then were asked for their names by the girls, and my name too and we went back to our girl friend.
They then checked the numbers to see if they were real ones and gave them to me and said, "see, its not that hard, you just have to go and talk to them, if they say no, you just move on" that was something i already knew, the thing i didnt knew was what to say, like really, had no idea. latter that night when we were going back home one of them told me that at my age he was just like me, or even worse, and that he admired me for going to they alone so it was not a complete lost battle for me.
TL;DR: went to a bar and failed with a set of 2 girls.
